A customer calls. Keyup handles the rest.
Create the job while you're still on the phone. It lands on your technician's screen, and one tap navigates them to the door. You watch everyone move on a live map — and the commissions work themselves out at the end. No WhatsApp threads, no scraps of paper.

New job — 48 Vinohradská, apartment lockout
How it works
How a job moves through your company without you having to babysit it.
The phone rings
You see who's calling right in the app. And if that number already has an open job, Keyup offers it to you straight away — so you never create a duplicate.
You create the job before you hang up
The caller's number fills itself in, Google suggests the address and you just tap the type of work. You immediately see how long each technician would take to get there.
Your technician's phone rings
The notification carries the address, the type of work and the time slot — one tap opens the detail. For scheduled jobs the app reminds them to leave at exactly the right moment.
They tap Navigate and drive
Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps opens — whichever they prefer. The status flips itself to “On the way” and the customer gets an SMS with live tracking.
The app spots the arrival on its own
The moment the technician is within 300 metres of the address, the job switches itself to “On site”. Nobody presses anything — and you see it on the map within a minute.
Done — and the money adds up
The technician enters what they collected and what the parts cost. The commission and the company's profit are calculated inside the form, and you get a completion message.
Features
Everything you used to keep in your head the app now keeps for you.
Live map of your technicians
One glance tells you where everyone is. Location reports itself — even with the phone locked in a pocket. Routes follow real streets, and every stop shows what time the technician gets there.

A queue that watches the clock
Every technician has their jobs lined up, and you reorder them with arrows. Keyup keeps checking whether a different order would be quicker — and speaks up whenever it would save at least three minutes.

Notifications that actually carry weight
Everyone gets exactly what concerns them — and nothing else. Tapping a notification opens the job detail straight away.
- techniciannew job, changed details, departure reminder
- dispatchcompleted job, with the amount collected
- nobodythe noise — we deliberately send nothing about calls or departures, so notifications keep their weight
Calls match themselves to jobs
Is the caller attached to an open job? Keyup opens it for you. A new number gets pre-filled into the form.
Call recordings sit with the job
Calls are recorded and attach themselves to the right job. The technician listens on the way to hear what the customer reported, instead of calling anyone back.
You know when a technician goes quiet
Technicians accept a job with a button inside the notification. If they haven't within two minutes, dispatch hears about it — before the customer starts asking where everybody is.
The cash on your technician adds up
The app tracks what they collected, what they paid for parts out of pocket and what they've already handed over. Handovers are one tap, in instalments if need be.
Scheduled jobs
Pick the slot in a calendar, no typing. The app works out the departure reminder from the slot, current traffic and ten minutes of slack.
Roles and permissions
Admins see everything, dispatchers create and assign, technicians see only their own jobs and their own commission. Company figures stay hidden from them.
The database guards the data
Each company sees only its own data and each role only its own slice. It isn't the app that enforces this but the database underneath — so nobody can forget to.
Look inside
No mockups. Real screens from real shifts.
Our own locksmith company in Prague runs on Keyup every day. These are real jobs, real routes, real money.
Customer tracking
Your customer sees you coming. Just like ordering a ride.
“So when will you be here?” stops being a question. The customer opens the link from the SMS and watches the technician, the arrival time and the job status on a map. Nothing to install.
The SMS sends itself
The moment the technician sets off, the customer gets an SMS with a link to the live map. We send at most one per job, so nobody gets pestered.
The link expires by itself
Tracking ends when the job does, and after 12 hours at the latest. No location history is kept anywhere.
Your technician's privacy
Once they arrive, the live location stops being shown. The customer sees only what matters: help is here.
One switch
Don't want to share location at all? An admin turns it off for the whole company with a single toggle in settings.

Money
No more working out commissions from scraps of paper at night.
On completion the technician enters what they collected and what the parts cost. VAT, their commission and the company's profit are calculated right there on the doorstep — and everyone sees the same numbers. The end-of-month arguments simply stop.
Today and the whole month at a glance
What came in, what the costs were, what the commissions add up to and what's left for the company — all on one screen.
VAT takes care of itself
Pick 0, 12 or 21 % on the revenue and costs are taken with VAT automatically. Receipts get collected so you can deduct them.
Only management sees company figures
Permissions are enforced by the database itself, not by good intentions. A technician can't reach the company's money even if they tried.
The cash on your technician adds up
The app keeps a running count of what they collected, what they paid for parts out of pocket and what they've already handed over. Handovers are one tap, in instalments if need be.
You find out what actually pays
Every job measures its own response, drive time and time on site. Over time you see which kinds of work and which neighbourhoods earn you the most.

The rate is frozen onto the job — changing it later never rewrites history. The technician sees only their own takings and their own commission.

real screens from the Overview — Finance and wallet
Portal for the office
Your accountant gets their figures without you retyping anything. You see where the company actually earns.
Technicians have the app in the field. In the office you open the portal in a browser — nothing to install, and the numbers in it are the ones the technician entered on site.

a real portal screen — names, addresses and phone numbers anonymised
A month of bookkeeping on one screen
Pick a month and the portal adds up revenue, the tax base, output VAT, what you can deduct, and the commissions due, broken down by technician. It counts by the day the technician finished the job, so it never drifts from what you actually filed.
Download all of it as CSV that Excel opens properly — no mangled accents, no entire row crammed into one cell. Your accountant gets a file they can work with straight away.

You know who touched every job
The audit log records every change to money, timing and technician — who made it and when. When someone asks why a job looks different than it did this morning, you don't have to guess.
Open a second city and the numbers split
Every technician has a home branch and jobs inherit it. The overview, analytics and bookkeeping can then show each city separately — or together, when you want the whole company.
You create accounts from the browser
Give a new hire a role, a commission rate and a home branch, and they sign straight into the app. One toggle decides whether they see company figures or only their own.
Finished jobs land in your own system
Set an address and a signing key, and Keyup sends you a signed message about every completed job. If your system happens to be down, we retry and the event isn't lost.
Jobs you can still go through a year later
Filter the list by status, technician, branch and date, and search across addresses, notes and phone numbers. Every job shows what was collected, the tax base, the commission and the profit side by side — so “what did this one actually earn us” is answered from a single screen.

For companies
We built it for our own company. We're happy to rent it to yours.
Locksmiths, handymen, service crews — every company with technicians in the field lives the same day over and over. So do we. That's why Keyup exists.
Born in the field, not in an office
Our own locksmith company uses Keyup every day. Every feature gets tested by real technicians on real jobs — whatever doesn't hold up in practice gets cut.
Your company, your data
Jobs, team and money are separated per company at the database level. Nobody else reaches your numbers — not another company, not your own technicians.
You'll get going without an IT person
Invite colleagues by e-mail — they sign up and land in your company with the right role. We can hook up your phone system; the rest runs itself.
Updates that install themselves
New versions reach technicians automatically. We can see remotely who runs which version — nobody gets stranded on an old one.
Pricing
You pay for the people who use Keyup. There's no setup fee.
You pay month by month and can stop whenever you like. Rollout, updates and support are included. Whatever costs extra is spelled out below — we hide nothing from you.

What costs extra
SMS to your customers
We send the tracking link to the customer by SMS. You pay per message sent, depending on where it goes — €0.17 per message to the Czech Republic.
SMS pricing by countryHooking up your phone system
How much work it takes depends on what your phone system can do. We quote it upfront and separately. Keyup works without it too — dispatch then creates the job by hand.
Frequently asked
What companies ask us
Does Keyup work with our phone system?
Keyup runs on the Zadarma phone system today — an incoming call shows up in the app through a secured webhook, caller ID included. We can hook up any other system that speaks webhooks or an API, but that's extra work and we quote it separately based on what your system can do. Get in touch and we'll go through it together. Keyup also works with no phone system at all; dispatch just creates the job by hand.
Which phones does Keyup run on?
iPhones for now (distributed through TestFlight, updates install themselves). Android is planned according to demand from our first companies — tell us you need it and it moves up the queue.
What does Keyup cost?
Keyup starts at €35 per user per month, excluding VAT. You pay month by month and can stop whenever you like. There are no tiers to choose between — that one rate gets you every feature, plus rollout, updates and support. Only two things cost extra: SMS to your customers at our SMS rates, and hooking up your phone system, which we quote upfront. Tell us how many people will use Keyup and we'll send you the final price. Our first companies get early-adopter terms on top of that.
Will our technicians see the company's money?
No. A technician sees only their own jobs, their own takings and their own commission. Revenue, costs and company profit are visible to admins and dispatchers only — and the database enforces that (row-level security), not just the app.
What if a technician forgets to change the job status?
That's exactly why Keyup is built around automation: tapping Navigate flips the status to “On the way”, and a geofence spots the arrival within 300 metres. The technician doesn't have to think about any of it — the statuses run themselves.
Trade WhatsApp for a dispatch that runs itself.
We're opening Keyup to its first companies right now. Leave us your e-mail — we'll get in touch, walk you through the app and agree early-adopter terms.
No strings attached. We'll be in touch within a few days, like humans.
